MedStation Card, LLC Refund Policy

 

At MedStation Card, LLC, we’re committed to providing value and transparency. If you’re not satisfied with your card purchase, please review our refund terms below:

Eligibility for Refunds

  • You may request a full refund within 24 hours of purchase, provided the card has not been used for any services or benefits.

  • Once the card is activated or used, it is non-refundable.

How to Request a Refund

 

To request a refund, please email our support team at cs@medstationcard.com with the following information:

  • Full name

  • Purchase date

  • Reason for refund

 

Our team will review your request within 3 business days.

Refund Processing

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed.
